- If you DO NOT want the leaf design on either side of the memorial plaque wording, please let us know when supplying personalised details. Otherwise, the leaf design will come by default.

- Please note, the more text requested the smaller it will become.
- Only the front of the memorial plaque can be personalised.
- Please provide FULL personalised details. Please enter your inscription with capitals letters and correct punctuation as you want it to appear. We will engrave EXACTLY as supplied.
- We will lay out the text to achieve the best fit onto the plaque.
